1. Return Policy
Jewel Addicts has made every effort to accurately display the colors, variations, and features of all products as accurately as possible on JewelAddicts.com. Due to computer display variations, there is no guarantee that the color and technical detail of a product will be entirely accurate, and may have slight variations from the actual product. Due to this, any problem with regard to color or appearance of a product being as expected, does not automatically warrant returns or refunds.
Jewel Addicts’ products are all inspected for quality control, flaws and other abnormalities prior to items being shipped to customers. This ensures that your product meets the highest standards of Jewel Addicts.
If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction (for reasons other than color variations or colors being other than expected), you must contact Jewel Addicts via email within 48 hours of the date of delivery in order to be eligible for a return or refund. Send Return /Refund Inquiries to: [email protected]. You must include in the email: Your Name, Order Number, Product(s) Being Returned, Phone Number and a Description of the problem.
After receiving the email, a Jewel Addicts Representative will contact you within 2 business days to discuss the approval and/or process of returning any item. If your return is eligible for a refund, the buyer must pay a $10 restocking fee + the cost of the shipping back to Jewel Addicts.
2. Return Approvals
All return requests must be approved prior to sending the product back to Jewel Addicts. If the buyer sends the product back without the pre-refund authorization from Jewel Addicts, the buyer will be ineligible for a refund.
After receiving the pre-refund authorization to return the item to Jewel Addicts, the buyer will have 48 hours to send the item back to Jewel Addicts. Not returning the item within the specified time period will render the buyer ineligible for a refund. The item(s) must be shipped to Jewel Addicts via USPS, UPS or by another insured shipping provider with a tracking number. Jewel Addicts is not responsible for any damage or loss of item due to shipping carrier error. Refunds will not be given to items that were damaged during shipping or are lost due to shipping error. These claims will have to be made with the shipping carrier apart from Jewel Addicts.
The item must be shipped in the original packaging and in an undamaged box. Items shipped without the original packaging will not be refunded. Please indicate, “Return” on the front of the shipping box.
Once Jewel Addicts receives the item(s), the item(s) will be subject to a thorough inspection for unexpected damage. Refund approvals for any returned item(s) is at the discretion of Jewel Addicts, based on the condition of the product and packaging received. In order to receive a refund, the product must be: unworn/unused; not have any unexpected damages previously indicated during the pre-refund consultation; packaged in undamaged original box/packaging and returned within the specified time period.
Buyers will be contacted regarding the status of their refund or return within 3 business days of Jewel Addicts receiving the returned item(s).
3. Refund Process
After receiving the return/refund email, a Jewel Addicts Representative will contact you within 2 business days to discuss the approval and/or process of returning any item(s). If your return is eligible for a refund, the buyer must pay a $10 restocking fee + the cost of the shipping back to Jewel Addicts.
Refunds are only issued on items purchased through the JewelAddicts.com website. Refunds will only be eligible on damaged or non-functional items. It is up to the discretion of Jeweladdicton.com whether the refund will be given in the form of a store credit or a refund to the card used for purchase. We will notify you via email about the form of the refund once approved. Once your return is received, a store credit or refund to the card will be issued, minus the amount restocking fee amount. Credit card refunds may take up to 30 days to process depending on your credit card company. A refund in the form of store credit will be sent to you via a code in your email. This will only be able to be applied to “your” account and cannot be transferred to another buyer and cannot be applied for shipping credit. Please allow up to 7 business days for the issuance of the store credit.
Due to the fact that every item is shipped immediately, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds or returns will only be eligible on damaged items, if the product is not under a manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer warranty must be applied first. Our apologies, but at this time we cannot accommodate most exchanges unless the item is damaged (buyer must go through the above return process). Approved returns can be replaced with the same item in the same color and variation that was in the original order, if it can be determined that products was subjected to a manufacturer defect.
